Your data, your rules.
Mentra is an AI coaching companion — not a person, and not a doctor. If something hurts, stop and see a professional.
To coach you, Mentra stores what you tell it — including health and wellness data like sleep, soreness and injuries — securely on its servers. It's never sold or used for ads, voice recordings aren't kept, and you can see, fix or delete your data any time.

Headshot
Use a clear, front-facing ID-style photo: neutral expression, plain background, head and shoulders centered, evenly lit. No sunglasses, filters, props, or playful poses. Upload only a photo of yourself or one you have clear permission to use. Your photo stays private until you share it with a linked team.

Camera setup & check
Setup guidance · not a camera measurement
- For this football drill, place the camera several metres away with the full movement area visible.
- Use a stable support around waist-to-chest height, aimed level across the area. Avoid pointing into bright windows or direct sun.
- Keep yourself and the ball unobstructed and visible throughout. Reposition for a different drill, sport, or playing area.
